    - Dress appropriately for construction work (sturdy boots, jeans without holes, sun protection in all seasons)
    - Bring your own lunch and water
    - Willing to learn new tasks quickly on a variety of construction projects
    - Work with safety, quality and efficiency on the team with which you are partnered
    - Willing to work at heights with fall protection equipment
    - Honestly track your time and be productive while on the clock
    - Be responsible for your own safety by adhering to safety guidelines
    - Take pride in excellent work that's built to last
    - Maintain a valid driver license through the duration of employment
