General Construction Laborer

General Construction Laborer
- Labor which may include erecting metal grain bins, replacing windows, doors, siding, metal roofing, drywall, paint and other construction-related tasks
- 40 to 50 hour workweeks as weather permits, Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturdays
- Employment MAY be seasonal; only the best-performing employees are employed year-round
Minimum requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in construction
Expectations:
- Report to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work
- Turn in necessary paperwork (ie, timecard, receipts) by every Monday morning
- Work as a team to obtain the highest level of quality and efficiency
- Willing to learn new tasks and move into new roles within the company
- Dress in sturdy boots and jeans, without holes, and use sun protection in sunny weather (ie, hat, sunscreen)
- Bring your own lunch and all drinks to work
- Plan ahead and keep busy
- Respect your supervisors and foremen; you are held accountable to them
