A typical work week at Brasby Construction Corp...
- 40-50 hour work weeks
- overtime pay begins after 40 hours in a week (Su-Sa) for adult workers
- almost always within 5 days, never on Sundays
- Paychecks come out every two weeks for the previous 2 weeks of work
- Working primarily outdoors in the variety of Colorado's weather
- A variety of construction projects such as metal grain bins, replacing windows, doors, siding, metal roofing, drywall, paint and other construction-related tasks

Compensation...
Pay varies based on experience and attitude. Future changes to compensation is based on meeting the above expected outcomes/key results.
* Adults (18+) starting pay range is $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience.
* Youth (16-17 years old) pay is minimum wage of $12.32. "Earn While You Learn" the construction trade. There are some limitations on tools and types of work a youth may legally engage in. No overtime, max 8 hours per day and max 40 hours in a week.
Probation...
If you are hired, a 90-day probation period will follow in which neither party is obligated to each other. This 90-day probation period is an on-the-job interview. Employment may be seasonal; only the best performing employees are employed year-round and progress to the role of Artisan Apprentice.
Benefits...
48 hours of sick pay available to use from day one; renews annually
After 90 days you will be eligible for holiday pay
After 90 days you will be eligible to participate in optional insurances such as: short-term disability, accident, dental, vision, cancer, hospitalization (note, not actual "health insurance")
After 1 year you will begin to accrue vacation time of 40 hours in a year
After 2 years vacation accrual doubles to 80 hours in a year (max 120 hours at any one time)
