A typical work week at Brasby Construction:
40-50 hour work weeks (overtime pay begins after 40 hours in a week).
Paychecks come out every two weeks for the previous 2 weeks of work.
Working primarily outdoors in the variety of Colorado's weather.
A variety of construction projects such as metal grain bins, replacing windows, doors, siding, metal roofing, drywall, paint and other construction-related tasks.
Pay range is $13-$15 per hour, based on experience and attitude. If you are hired, a 90-day probation period will follow in which neither party is obligated to each other.
This 90-day probation period is an on-the-job interview. Employment
may
be seasonal; only the best performing employees are employed year-round. After 90 days you will be eligible for holiday pay. After 1 year you will begin to accrue vacation time.
